Review - 'Love Around the Corner' by Samna Ghani

Review

As a single woman and the owner of a book store, Serena knows a thing or two about books, especially romantic classics like Pride and Prejudice. She longs for her own Mr. Darcy and finally resorts to wearing a supposedly magic headband with mistletoe attached to it to find the love of her life. And then Jason walks into her store.
He needs a book to take on a short road trip with him and sparks fly when he meets Serena. Their relationship starts fast, even when they’re not ‘on page’ together, and their texts are really sweet and romantic, except for one that almost ruins their fledgling relationship.
Can Serena overcome her own insecurities and accept Jason for who he is and what he sees in her, or will she push him away to save her own heart?
