Review – ‘Birds of Prey’ by Judy Moore

Blurb

Review

This is a short mystery story about a man with a severe phobia. Fear of birds. Ornithophobia. James hasn’t been outside in the sun for three years and gets physically sick when he even sees a picture of a bird, let alone a real one. He’s the CEO of a major company and spent $60 million to build a private office building with an indoor atrium, his sanctuary.
Too bad birds mysteriously find their way inside the building. Who brought them in, and why? James just wants the birds gone. His situation is pretty sad and I felt sorry for him. Though I guessed the culprit early on, I understood and sympathized with the bad guy’s motivation.
If you like bird mysteries, this is a really interesting story to check out.
