No Sleep for the Writer

I love when I do this. I didn't leave work until 11pm last night and I spent the rest of the night writing. It's now 7am and I'm finally ready for bed. I'm still so wired but I can't keep my eyes open.
I kicked the booty out of my book tonight! *pats self on back*

Frustration

Isn't is so frustrating that Facebook, Pinterest, email, etc take up so much time and keep you so enthralled that you have to jerk yourself away to do actual important things, like write? Or spend time with the family? Eh, family can wait for a while. ;)

I've fooled around with the internet for long enough today. Just like a man, it's a distraction, and since it can't go shirtless and strut around my office as inspiration, go away. 

It's time for momma to roll up her sleeves and write.
